What really set Louisette apart for us was not only her assisting us with finding and purchasing our properties, but what she did for us during and after the signing of the papers.

Since we live in another province, and we were now purchasing properties in Nova Scotia, when we first left we definitely had one of the properties in mind to purchase. Upon our return home we were made aware by Louisette of a second property.

Not wanting to fly back, we asked that Louisette provide us some photos from every angle of the property, inside and out.

To our surprise, Louisette provided us with well over 100 photos, plus videos of the property including areas of concern to her that would require repair or maintenance on our behalf.

We liked what she presented to us, purchased both properties, and when we finally were able to return to Nova Scotia, the second property was exactly what she had made aware to us.

Louisette further took ownership on our behalf and helped us in dealing with our email enquiries as to legalities, local services, tradespersons; anything that she felt would assist us with our move.
